5. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
